ive had alot of success with this guy, it really annoys your opponent and can take hits.
The 252 evs in hp and in spdef allow it to take at least 2-3 of any special atk then with coil u get that def and atk boost aswell
as an acc boost. Dragon tail if you have stealth rocks,spikes,or toxic spikes this can do alot more dmg but even without it if u coil ud still
do a decent amount of dmg.zap cannon this is to deal alot of dmg and paralyze your opponent but ull need like 2 coils for it to hit like
everytime. and rest is just for eelektross to regain its health and be more annoying
