Now this is what you would call unorthodox. With the above Speed investment, Regice will be able to outspeed Jolly Cinccino by 1 point after a Rock Polish. Substitute is great for blocking status afflictions such as Toxic and Paralysis, it is also used when you are predicting the opponent to switch into a threat such as Sawk. Charge Beam has a 70% chance of boosting your Special Attack by 1 stage, bringing Regice to 492 Special Attack. Ice Beam is the STAB move of this set. Leftovers is preferred so Regice has some form of recovery.
